Since this incident I have closed the ticket (in the seller's favour), I have blown off the $10 dollars I have lost trying to buy this gift, and have closed my G2A Shield (which was supposed to protect me from things like this). There was no reason for me to be run around like this and treated like I was a liar and a thief. It can take up to TWO WEEKS for the money to be added to a seller's wallet (after G2A takes their cut, of course). You see, I've sold a couple of games on G2A and I KNOW for a FACT that the money a buyer pays to them, isn't given to a seller right away. In fact, a second attempt to click on the gift link indicated that the gift was no longer available since the seller had added it back into their inventory. By this time, the seller had already added the game back into their inventory, so they didn't loose anything at all. Since Steam wouldn't let you accept the gift and the seller has added it back into their inventory, we'll just give you your money back.". I am not going to sit here and take nearly sixty screenshots for an issue that could have been resolved with a simple, "Oh, okay. G2A then demands screenshots of my gift inventory, my keys and licenses, and my gifting history - all in all, FIFTY-SEVEN images. G2A didn't quite seem to understand what I was trying to tell them while I realize that English is their second language, that's no excuse for this kind of ignorance or the treatment that followed. I explained the issue much in the same way the previous paragraph was worded. So, unfortunately, the only thing I could do was refuse the gift and ask for a refund. I tried to pass the gift link to my friend, but he couldn't get the gift to transfer to his account either. I already own Rocket League and so, because of that fact, Steam would not allow me to accept it into my gift inventory and only offered me "Decline Gift" as my only available option. I attempted to buy a gift of the game Rocket League for a friend the other day and ran into a problem with Steam when I went to redeem that gift. G2A.com : Only there for you when things go right.
